AnovaWorks is medicine like you may not have ever practiced before. We don’t do insurance code billing. Instead, we get to spend time with patients, without needing to rush through appointments to meet volume quotas. Our goal has been and always will be to provide the best care for patients.
If you’re tired of the way most medicine providers work today, you’re an independent thinker, and you have a passion for people and solving problems, AnovaWorks could be a good fit for you.
Working at AnovaWorks
AnovaWorks is not a traditional medical provider.
We’re looking for team members who understand our model of medicine—why it’s different and why it’s better for everyone involved.
You’ll work independently, managing your own clinic with a team of medical assistant, nurse, and provider. But support and guidance is never far away, because our leadership team is always ready to provide advice and help.
We think differently from other medical providers, offering solutions by focusing on creating relationships with patients. We constantly look at what works and what doesn’t, so we can improve our patient care and health outcomes.
We do not:
- Rush through patient appointments
- Bill insurance codes
- Recommend expensive but unnecessary care
- Put profits above patient care
Enjoy these benefits as one of our employees:
- Satisfaction of building quality relationships with patients
- Independent, self-managed clinical work
- Better health outcomes for patients
- Opportunities to develop your occupational medicine expertise
Work in an environment that will be different than any other with colleagues that share a vision for the future of health care in America. We provide an in-depth training program for medical providers designed to assist your transition to AnovaWorks’ philosophy and practice of Occupational Medicine. Every day offers different challenges, a different pace, an energetic, supportive environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Be prepared to like what you see.
